Conditions of reservation

You can reserve accommodation in Barono vila in several ways:

• Direct reservation (by phone: +370 698 40202, e-mail: info@baronovila.lt, social networks: Facebook, Instagram by message).
• Reservation on our website by clicking the “Reserve” button. The service is selected and the payment is made.
• After receiving a gift voucher for “Barono Vila” services, seats can be reserved by phone: +370 698 40202, by e-mail: info@baronovila.lt. It is necessary to present a printed gift voucher or its electronic version.

Your reservation is confirmed by e-mail upon payment of a 50% reservation fee (advance payment) from the total amount of the order.

After purchasing a passport, service packages or receiving a gift voucher, you no longer need to pay the reservation fee. Guests pay for additional services at the villa’s reception upon check-out.

Cancellation of reservation

You can cancel the reservation and get back the reservation fee (advance payment) at least 14 days before your arrival date. After that, the reservation fee is non-refundable.

Transfer of reservation

In case of important reasons, you can move the reservation date 1 time free of charge, at least 14 days before your arrival date. We charge a fee of 25 euros for each subsequent transfer of the reservation.

 

Other reservation provisions:

• By making a reservation, you confirm that you have read and agree with the PRIVACY POLICY, TERMS OF RESERVATION AND INTERNAL ORDER AND SECURITY RULES of UAB Barono vila.
• EXTRA PEOPLE: All children under the age of 3 are admitted free of charge. If you would like a cot, we will provide it free of charge if possible. We recommend booking in advance as the number of beds is limited. Children up to 12 years old can be accommodated for an additional fee of 20 euros, teenagers and adults – for a fee of 30 euros. Breakfast is included in this price. Barono vila informs whether it is possible to deliver an extra bed for a child or an adult.
• BREAKFAST is included in the accommodation price according to the number of seats in the room (villa, apartment).
• ANIMALS: we welcome guests with animals in small villas on the lake shore (Hare, Deer, Sheep). Pet fee 10 eur/day. Important! Pets are not allowed in the rooms and apartments of the Grandt Villa.
• PAYMENT: You can make the final payment during check-out in cash, bank transfer or VISA, Master Card, Visa Electron, Maestro payment cards. After the guests have paid for the services provided, the villa administrator issues a VAT invoice.
• CHECK-OUT: guests must come to the reception, report departure, return the keys and hand over the rented premises and material values to the homestead administrator.

ARRIVAL – DEPARTURE (CHECK IN – CHECK OUT) time and conditions:

– arrival from 14:00, departure until 12:00.

– if you wish to arrive or leave at a different time, it can be arranged individually. Additional charges may apply.

– LATE CHECK OUT – if possible and upon prior agreement with the administration of Barono Vila, late check-out is possible, for which an additional fee is charged.
